Shipping Policy
In stock items ship within 2 business days (M - F) unless otherwise noted in the description.

Domestic orders (USA)
We currently offer USPS shipping with the option of First-Class Mail or Priority Mail for domestic orders. If your order exceeds the weight limit for First-Class Mail you will be automatically directed to select Priority Mail.
International orders
We currently offer USPS shipping with the option of First-Class Mail or Priority Mail for international orders. Please be aware that the shipping times will vary due to customs and we are not responsible for extra VAT charges (check with your local post office before ordering). They can choose to hold on to a package as long as they please. There is also no tracking information available once it leaves the United States.

Return Policy
Any item in original condition, with additional inserted materials, and in its original packaging can be returned, no questions asked, by using the Contact Form within 30 days of receiving your product. Upon receiving a message with your return request we will send you a return sipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you when the item is received, and upon inspection and approval you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund once its initiated.

Exchange Policy
The most effective way to exchange an item is to return it per the above return policy, and once the item is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
